【おぉ、まじで怖い…】
おぉまじでこええ。もうなんで泣いているのかPM2.5なのか花粉なのか恐怖なのかわかりません。なんで100m（地上25階）を超える超高層ビルのゴンドラに乗りたい。なんてお願いしたんだったっけな…。
【ゴンドラの乗車前ですでに限界】
ビルの下からゴンドラを見ているのと、実際にゴンドラに乗ってみるのではかなり違いがあります。
ゴンドラへの昇降ですでにヘタります。スパルタンな仮設設備に気の利いたスロープなんてあるはずもなく、足元もよくないから慎重に歩かないといけません。年取った北京原人のような歩き方になります。
【強風と揺れ、そして止まらない鼻水】
風も強い。だから揺れる。それは事前に予想された怖さだったのですが登ってみれば風の影響を違うところに感じる。
「鼻水」と「涙」が止まらないのだ。PM2.5とか花粉なんだろうね。超高層建築物の上層階にゴンドラで向かうと中国と里山をこんなにも近くに感じるんだな。怖くて鼻かめないから出しっぱなしw
【ゴンドラの動力が面白い】
初めて見るものばかりですごく面白かったのですがゴンドラ乗ってみて一番興味深かったのは動力（電気）でした。外部電源もあれば、バッテリータイプもあります。ワイヤーの伸縮を電気で制御します。
【安全を支えるリアルタイムセンシング制御】
ゴンドラや積載物の重さ、風の力、昇降の速度や支える吊り具の強度。事故が絶対に許されない工事現場においてゴンドラに「安全」を与えるためのリアルタイムセンシング制御システムって価値ありそう。
PM2.5や花粉の飛散量を計測したり、バッテリー残量を計測しながら最適な工程を自動調整する制御システムとか作ったら面白くないかな。そんなことを考えていたら1時間があっという間に終わりました。
【真のUXは現場にある】
こんなん実際に乗ってみないとわからないよね。現場体験が真のユーザー体験（UX）を作る。みなさんは現場をみて、現場の話を聞いていますか？

“UX Happens Onsite! – My Ride in a High-Rise Gondola”

Whoa, this is seriously scary. I have no idea if I’m crying because of PM2.5, pollen, or sheer terror. Why on earth did I ever ask to ride a gondola on a skyscraper over 100 meters high (25 floors above ground)?
Looking up at the gondola from the ground and actually riding in it are completely different experiences.
I was already exhausted just getting into the gondola. The temporary scaffolding is pretty spartan—no convenient ramps here—and the footing was awful, requiring careful, cautious steps. I ended up walking like an elderly “Peking Man.”
The wind is strong, making the gondola sway. Although I anticipated this scary aspect, once up there, the wind had an unexpected impact.
I couldn’t stop my nose from running and my eyes from tearing up. Must’ve been PM2.5 or pollen. Who knew being high up on a skyscraper could make China and rural Japan feel so incredibly close? And I couldn’t even blow my nose because I was too terrified—just had to let it run freely (lol).
While everything I saw was fascinating since it was all new to me, the most interesting thing about riding the gondola was the electric-powered machinery. There are systems powered by external electricity, as well as battery-powered ones. They control the gondola’s wire adjustments electrically.
Considering the gondola’s weight, the load it carries, the strength of wind, the lifting speed, and the durability of the supporting cables, a real-time sensing and control system to ensure absolute safety at such a critical construction site would be incredibly valuable.
Wouldn’t it be interesting to build a system that measures PM2.5 and pollen levels or monitors battery capacity, automatically adjusting the optimal workflow? Before I knew it, an hour had passed by.
Honestly, there’s no way to understand these things without experiencing them firsthand. Real experiences onsite shape true user experiences (UX). Are you observing your actual worksites and listening to the voices onsite?
